Best traits in Roll Anime to Fight ranked for DPS, tanks, and farming. Know which passives to reroll for with trait shards.
S-tier combat traits
Damage amplification passives: flat percent damage boosts stack multiplicatively with merge level — top priority on main DPS for Wave 50+. Attack speed increases: more attacks mean faster wave clears and better boss melt — pairs perfectly with on-hit effects. Critical strike chance and critical damage: RNG-heavy but massive for burst phases on Waves 70–76.
Ability proc rate or cooldown reduction traits on units with special attacks rank S-tier when those abilities deal AoE. Match trait to unit kit — speed on slow heavy hitters underperforms speed on rapid attackers.
A-tier sustain and utility
Health and damage reduction for front-line tanks holding boss aggro. Lifesteal or regen traits extending survivability during trash waves. Lane-wide buff traits on support units amplifying back-row DPS. Gold and luck traits for economy farming builds — A-tier for dedicated farm accounts, B-tier on combat carries.
Hybrid traits combining modest damage with utility land A-tier when no pure S-tier rolls appear after 10+ rerolls — do not infinite reroll chasing perfection if two A-tiers already stabilize clears.
B-tier and D-tier — avoid on carries
B-tier: minor stat bumps, situational resistances, flavor traits with minimal DPS impact. Acceptable on supports you will replace. D-tier: gold-only on DPS units, negative tradeoffs, or traits that conflict with unit attack type. Reroll immediately if D-tier occupies a primary slot on Wave 40+ carries.
Reroll strategy by wave bracket
Waves 1–25: one damage trait sufficient on Broly. Waves 26–50: two combat traits minimum. Waves 51–76: two S/A combat traits or one S-tier plus sustain backup. Post-76: min-max third slot. Budget 30–50 shards per endgame carry using our trait shard farming guide.
