What trait shards do
Trait shards are the currency for rerolling passive traits on your units in Roll Anime to Fight. Traits modify damage, attack speed, crit chance, gold gain, and other combat or economy stats. A perfectly merged carry with bad traits underperforms a moderately merged unit with S-tier passives — shards are endgame power.
Because shards are scarce early on, knowing every income source prevents bottlenecks. Codes like BLEACHPART2! (10 shards) and ADMINABUSE! (15 shards) provide lump sums. Waves, events, and repeatable farming fill the gap between promos.
Primary farming methods
Wave milestones: higher cleared waves increase reward quality per run. Push your highest stable wave repeatedly rather than dying early on experimental teams — consistent clears beat risky high-wave attempts that fail before reward ticks.
